Whole Lodge Bookings Minimize
Accommodation

The Lodge built in 2001 has 12 varied rooms, some with 2 beds. RV parking for overflow if required. When you book the whole lodge you will enjoy privacy and freedom for your event. Discounts for multiple night whole lodge stays, 2 night minimum if peak season.

There is also a self contained cottage with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms that can be booked, maximum capacity 8 persons.

Meals

The dining room with covered deck, overlooks the kiwi vineyard and is exclusive to guest use. Full breakfast is included in the overnight rate.  Group meals are served buffet style from a pre selected menu, lunches $16.00 and dinners $19.00 and up.

Amenities

The 10 acre property and the ambience of the ¾ acre kiwi vineyard provide fresh air and open spaces! Kiwi art by local artists. Most rooms have decks or patio exits. All rooms have private bathrooms, and high speed internet service. 1,000 sq ft outdoor patio. Outdoor hot tub in the vineyard. Walking trails, campfire area, horseshoe pits, estuary waterfront coves and lots of areas for your outdoor sports. Ample parking is free.  

TERMS

For whole lodging bookings, an initial deposit of $400.00 is required to secure accommodation in all 12 guest rooms on the designated dates.  This deposit is refundable if 60 days notice is given to cancel the Whole Lodge Booking. A $25.00 handling fee will be retained.  An additional deposit of $200.00 is required if you wish to reserve the 3 bedroom Kiwi Cottage.

When the Client gives less than 30 days notice to release unfilled rooms to outside parties and if they remain vacant on the event, the client pays a single night rate for those rooms. When the client gives more than 30 days notice to release the unfilled rooms, there is no penalty.

           Individual Guests could select and secure rooms by contacting the Lodge and providing credit card information. Cancellation policy for individual  guests in the Whole Lodge Booking is 14 days. If terms are met guests receive a 10% discount on accommodation.

          The Depositor could purchase the entire accommodation facility.  A second deposit is due 90 days prior to the event if held during the peak months of July and August in the amount of $1,374.66. If held during other months the deposit is due 30 days prior and the amount will be less. This brings the prepayment up to 50% of the total 2 night cost.
