Payment can be made by cash , cheque, or credit card.
All wedding deposits are non refundable. Bookings are accepted up to one year prior.
DESTINATION WEDDINGS FOR UP TO 50 PERSONS
A Whole Lodge booking is required for 2 night minimum. This amount is $3,720.00 which includes taxes and full buffet breakfast each morning. Any additional meals for the group
can be prearranged.
The initial deposit of $400.00 is required to secure all 12 guest rooms on your dates. This represents 10% of 2 day whole lodge stay with breakfast during peak season. This sum does not include additional meals, and services.
If you also wish to reserve the Kiwi cottage a deposit of $200.00 is required.
If the event is held during the peak months of July and August a second deposit of $1,458.85 is due 90 days before the event.
If the event is held during other months, the second deposit is due 60 days prior and the amount may be less.
One month prior, we begin to co ordinate with you on details such as number of guests, rehearsal plans, rental equipment, and so that food service can be planned for any additional meals. At this time a statement can be prepared showing what the refund or balance payment may be.
The balance payment is due before your departure on the wedding weekend $1,858.85 depending on additional charges or guest contribution for accommodation.
Please note that when a wedding reception is held at the Lodge, unused guestrooms will be charged to you at the regular rate, we will not allow outside parties to fill those rooms. If rooms are vacant on a rehearsal night, and if 14 days notice is provided to us, we will try to fill those rooms with outside parties and if successful, you will not be charged for those rooms. If your guests will be securing the accommodation individually,
a 14 day cancellation policy applies to them.
